Electrical Compliance Audit

One of our Electrical Compliance Specialists will make a visit in order to obtain a greater understanding of your facility and associated needs.  

Specific attention will be made to the current level of documentation and activities that currently support the existing state of electrical compliance.

The compliance audit is split up into six sections covering all aspects of electrical compliance, including documentation and suitability of the current arrangements all of which are audited to create a holistic data driven report.

We’ll give you the guidance your need to ensure you have the right level of support to ensure you meet your legal obligations for electrical compliance.  

The purpose of the compliance audit is to help you ensure that the facility you are responsible for is safe for your staff and users of the facility whilst driving down costs and increasing effectiveness.

This includes;

• An assessment of your existing maintenance regimes

• A review of the level of documentary compliance

• A summary of observations and prioritised recommendations to get you back on track.

Providing you with the compliance audit finding is one thing but we don’t just leave it there.  Our compliance specialist will arrange a follow up call over zoom or teams and run through the audit report in more detail.

Compiled into the cleaning audit report is a plan of action in priority order.  This plan of action is designed to help you execute easily and in turn ensure your staff and visitors are safe and you are adhering to your legal obligations.

If the compliance audit findings show that you are on top of your regulatory compliance game, the good news is you will obtain the Delta Rock compliance certification – jump to step 6.

Throughout the following weeks we will provide you with personal 1-2-1 support to help you implement the recommendations from the compliance audit and work with you to help you understand the options to ensure that compliance is always covered.

Once your compliance audit and action plan has been implemented then we will send you a printed certificate to prove to all who visit you that you are;

• Taking your legal statutory obligations seriously

• Adhering to latest documented maintenance routines

• Providing effective measures to protect all facility occupants and visitors.

• Using external specialist consultants to prove that the facility is safe and compliant to the latest regulations.
