With the current legal legislation and guidelines around the electrical safety of your facility changing constantly it can be hard to keep up and make sure that you are compliant.
Our Professional Electrical Compliance Audit will give you the peace of mind that you have hired expert advice to give you a written external assessment of your current level of compliance and recommendations for improvement.
Both the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974) and the Electricity at Work Regulations (1989) require annual inspections of and maintenance to workplace electrical appliances and systems.
Let us allow you to get on with what you do best, safe in the knowledge that we have taken care of your electrical compliance, not only ensuring that you fulfil your statutory legal obligations but being that extra set of eyes verifying your current arrangements.
Thank you for contacting us about our Electrical Compliance Audit.
We will get back to you as soon as possible.
As part of the Professional Electrical Compliance Audit we will look at your specific compliance in the following areas covered by statutory legislation: -
· Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)

· Thermal imaging
· Emergency Lighting testing
· Lightning Protection
The purpose of this call is to find out basic, specific details around your facilities but predominately we discuss your challenges, concerns and goals about your electrical compliance. This initial call is conducted online via zoom, teams or over the phone.
This first step is basic, yet fundamental part of the whole audit. From there we plan the compliance audit at a time that suits you.
One of our Electrical Compliance Specialists will make a visit in order to obtain a greater understanding of your facility and associated needs.
Specific attention will be made to the current level of documentation and activities that currently support the existing state of electrical compliance.
The compliance audit is split up into six sections covering all aspects of electrical compliance, including documentation and suitability of the current arrangements all of which are audited to create a holistic data driven report.
We’ll give you the guidance your need to ensure you have the right level of support to ensure you meet your legal obligations for electrical compliance.
The purpose of the compliance audit is to help you ensure that the facility you are responsible for is safe for your staff and users of the facility whilst driving down costs and increasing effectiveness.
This includes;
• An assessment of your existing maintenance regimes
• A review of the level of documentary compliance
• A summary of observations and prioritised recommendations to get you back on track.
Providing you with the compliance audit finding is one thing but we don’t just leave it there. Our compliance specialist will arrange a follow up call over zoom or teams and run through the audit report in more detail.
Compiled into the cleaning audit report is a plan of action in priority order. This plan of action is designed to help you execute easily and in turn ensure your staff and visitors are safe and you are adhering to your legal obligations.
If the compliance audit findings show that you are on top of your regulatory compliance game, the good news is you will obtain the Delta Rock compliance certification – jump to step 6.
We are sure that everyone is aware that reports are often put into a filing cabinet or a drawer never to be seen again. That cannot be said for the Delta Rock Electrical Compliance Audit.
We have not done our job if we have not helped put your mind at rest, taken some of the stress away from the task of being fully legally electrically compliant and providing and safer environment for your staff and visitors.
Throughout the following weeks we will provide you with personal 1-2-1 support to help you implement the recommendations from the compliance audit and work with you to help you understand the options to ensure that compliance is always covered.
Once your compliance audit and action plan has been implemented then we will send you a printed certificate to prove to all who visit you that you are;
• Taking your legal statutory obligations seriously
• Adhering to latest documented maintenance routines
• Providing effective measures to protect all facility occupants and visitors.
• Using external specialist consultants to prove that the facility is safe and compliant to the latest regulations.
